May 6, 2008 1 CommentSometimes, it just boggles the mind, the people God puts in our paths, doesn’t it? I have had a lot of changes going on over the past several months and for the first time in my life I have truly let God take the reins. The opportunities that have come up have been amazing. I just love the spoonfulls on purpose that God drops in my lap. The most recent has been an opportunity to go into business for my self. i really am excited and can’t wait for it to take off. The funny thing is it’s not about the money making potential, but the ability to help others in so many different ways. One of the things I learned this week is to be who you want to be you have to learn from those that are already where you want to be. For example, if you want to be a doctor learn from a doctor. I choose to learn from highly self motivated, Christian individuals and it has been an amazing experience, so far. The Chapmans are just a few of those who have inspired me, to do so. I love being a part of a community that seeks the same things. Thank you Dog and Beth and the rest of crew for just being who you are.

Birthdays.....
April 5, 2008 1 CommentToday is my birthday. I chose to reflect on the past year, upon waking this morning. I’ve suffered several losses, since my last birthday. Two of the biggest were my best friend, B, and my step-dad, Buddy. Both were such big parts of my life I just have a gaping hole, that I haven’t quite found a way to fill, yet. Thankfully, I have God in my life and he has carried me through it all. Maybe someday I can put my feet back on the ground, but for today, I am staying put firmly in his arms. I wish you all the best of luck in life!
